Condition of Returned Items: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, returned products must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging, tags, labels, and included accessories, documents, promotional materials and protective packaging. Products that have been used, altered, damaged, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for a refund or exchange and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
